Concert : Johannes Eimermacher Quartet

Their compositions could be described as poems without words. “Things are not all so comprehensible and expressible as one would mostly have us believe; most events are inexpressible, taking place in a realm which no word has ever entered…” (Rainer Maria Rilke). Each of these compositions has it’s own unique caracter and atmosphere which we use as a gateway for collective improvisations, opening up a space in which the poetry of the moment can express itself.
