DESCRIPTION:David Is Gone est né du revival shoegaze/dream pop que connaît actuellement le monde de la musique. Déjà actifs dans les années 90 au sein de groupes influencés par la première vague du genre (Ride\, Slowdive\, My Bloody Valentine)\, Serge Hologne (ex-Moxie)\, Philippe Dieu (ex-Cebo) et Florence Meessen apportent au sein de ce nouveau projet\, une touche plus nuancée et personnelle à ces influences\, en ajoutant aux murs de guitares des mélodies ciselées et de subtiles nappes de synthé. \nDavid Is Gone is ontstaan uit de shoegaze/dream pop-revival die momenteel in de muziekwereld gaande is. Ze waren al in de jaren 90 actief in bands die beïnvloed waren door de eerste golf van het genre (Ride\, Slowdive\, My Bloody Valentine)\, voegen Serge Hologne (ex-Moxie)\, Philippe Dieu (ex-Cebo) en Florence Meessen in dit nieuwe project een meer genuanceerde en persoonlijke draai toe aan deze invloeden\, door aan de gitaarmuren verfijnde melodieën en subtiele synthesizerlagen toe te voegen. \nDavid Is Gone emerged from the current shoegaze/dream pop revival sweeping the music world.
